All our 7-day Tanzania wildlife safaris and tours, specifically include the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the world famous Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania. This specific Africa safari and travel itinerary has been designed for visitors with more time on hand for a longer safari or tours. It specifically includes the Tarangire National Park and have been designed to offer you a total Tanzanian northern circuit safari experience, while attempting to keep your non game-viewing travel time to a minimum.This unforgettable Africa safari packages It will also take you to the Tarangire National Park, which once again features some of the greatest concentration of game in Tanzania – second only to the Ngorongoro Crater – but less crowded and unspoiled – possessing a wild and unkempt beauty. Also this tour will take you to the Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake, located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The size of the park makes it perfect for a one-day game drive and is notably famous for it’s tree-climbing lions. This safari will also take you to the Serengeti National Park, a massive wilderness of 14500 square km, where every day brings a new landscape and a new adventure. Finally, your safari will also take you to the Ngorongoro Crater and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania, featuring one of the highest concentrations of game and arguably the densest population of predators and carnivores in Africa. Here you will witness an amazing spectacle of Tanzania wildlife – inside a self-contained world teeming with animals.

Day 0: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha

Distance: 43km

On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport our teams will great and pick you and transfer to Arusha city to Green Mountain Hotel as requested for dinner and overnight. You will get chance for briefing and introduction about your safari.

Day 1:Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Distance: 130km

Non – game viewing time : 3 – 4 hrs

After breakfast the tour departs. First stop is Arusha Town for any last minute purchases before we head off on safari. Afterwards we head towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive with picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the center of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras.Drive back to your camp for Dinner and Overnight .

Day 2:Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

Distance: 50km

Non – game viewing time : 1 – 2 hrs

After breakfast the tour departs to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of African animals as Buffalo, Wildebeest, Zebra, Hippo including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos, attracted by the algae in the lake. Drive back to Karatu to your camp for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National park.

Distance: 145km

Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, you descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then heard to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Drive to your camp for Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti National Park Game Drive.

Early in the morning after breakfast game viewing drive along the Sogore River Circuit, this loops into the plains south of the Seronera River, and which is good for possible Lion, Thomson gazelle, topi, ostrich and cheetah sightings. The Visitor Center close to the Serengeti Seronera Lodge and public campsites is well worth a visit after the morning’s game drive. This nicely designed center offers some interesting wildlife displays as well as a gift shop selling information leaflets and maps of the area. The center also has a shop where cold drinks and snacks can be purchased, as well as a picnic area and information trail up and around a nearby kopje. You will enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch at the center in the shade of the giant acacia trees.

In the afternoon you will follow the Kopjes Circuit, which goes anti-clockwise around the Masai Kopjes, which usually attract a number of lion and some formidably large cobras. Kopjes are weathered granite outcrops, scattered around the plains, most of which are miniature ecosystems, providing shade and drinking water in pools left in the rock after the rains. This makes the kopjes particularly good for spotting wildlife in the dry seasons – including lions, which like to lie in wait for animals coming to drink! Later back to your campsite for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 5: Full Day Serengeti National Park Game Drive

After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The area around Lobo and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year. Non-migrating game like elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard and cheetah can be seen here all year round. The game viewing is very good a truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti Plains. Magnificent riverine trees can be found along the river lines and bird life such as kingfishers and fish eagles can be found here. Drive back to your campsite for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater.

Distance: 145km 

Non – game viewing time: 2 – 4 hrs

Early morning games drives and after depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area. You will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution. Late afternoon transfer to your campsite for Dinner and Overnight

Day 7:Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha to Airport

Distance: 210km 

Non – game viewing time : 3 – 4 hrs

After an early breakfast, You will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports avast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here. Late afternoon transfer to Arusha for dinner and Overnight or airport drop off.
