Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha

Distance: 43 Km

Welcome to Tanzania. Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport where you will meet your safari guide/driver transfer to Arusha city to your allocated accommodation as requested for dinner and overnight (43 km, 45 minutes). You will get chance for briefing and introduction about your Tanzania Safari.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park.

Distance: 139km
Non – game viewing time: 2 – 3 hrs

After breakfast from your requested accommodation, you will start your safari to southwest through Maasai steppe land to Tarangire National Park with picnic Lunch boxes.

You will spend hours for the day game viewing in Tarangire, viewing some of Tanzania’s largest populations of elephant and enjoying the diverse scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that are so typical of the park. This park boasts a high concentration of animals, including elephant, zebra, eland, and wildebeest and plenty of predators.Picnic Lunch will be served at the picnic site where you will have a nice view of Tarangire River overlooking down the valley where most of the animals will be gathering drinking from the river. Late afternoon you’ll start drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight at your Allocated accommodation as requested.

Day 3:  Tarangire to Serengeti (Ndutu).

Distance: 220 Km
Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs

After breakfast, the tour will depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, you descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then heard to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River,which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. During evening you will drive back to your allocated accommodation as requested for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti (Ndutu) Game Drive.

After breakfast, you will enjoy a full day game drive in the Ndutu area. Explore the range of different habitats that include swamps, woodland, soda lakes and the world famous Serengeti short grass plains. See great herds of wildebeest and zebra. During a short time frame around February, normally lasting for about 3 weeks, the majority of the wildebeest calve. The sea of grass provides little cover and the young are easy pickings for a variety of predators. Wildebeest calves can run minutes after they are born and within 3 days they are normally strong enough to keep up with the herd. During evening you will drive back to your allocated accommodation as requested for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 5: Ndutu to Serengeti plains(Central Serengeti).

Distance: 80km
Non – game viewing time: 2 hrs

After breakfast the tour will depart from Ndutu to towards to central Serengeti National Park, also known as the Seronera. Day 6: Full Day Serengeti plains Game Drive.

This day you have an option on Hot Air Balloon .You can be one among of few fortunate people to glide in a Hot Air Balloon over the Serengeti Plains (available at supplementary cost by per-arrangement). Floating silently above the awakening bush, while spotting wildlife and enjoying the amazing scenery of Africa, across rivers and over numerous small villages.

After breakfast enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The majority of the wildebeest migration normally passes through the Seronera in late November to middle November, when they migrate from Kenya’s Masai Mara in north to the Ndutu area in the south. The migration then passes through this area again in April when they move west to the Western Corridor of the Serengeti National Park. The Seronera area is also an ideal starting to point to visit the eastern and southern short-grass plains of the Serengeti National Park. Day 7: Full Day Serengeti plains Game Drive.

The other full day game drives in Central Serengeti. After breakfast you will start your full day game drive in Seronera as a million wildebeest each one driven by the same ancient rhythm, fulfilling its instinctive role in the inescapable cycle of life: a frenzied three-week bout of territorial conquests and mating; survival of the fittest as 40km (25 mile) long columns plunge through crocodile-infested waters on the annual exodus north; replenishing the species in a brief population explosion that produces more than 8,000 calves daily before the 1,000 km (600 miles) pilgrimage begins again. During evening you will drive back to your allocated accommodation as requested for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 8: Serengeti plains to Ngorongoro Area.

Distance: 145km
Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs

The day to say good bye to Serengeti National Park. After breakfast you’ll have early morning game drives in Serengeti park and after the tour departs to Ngorongoro Conservation area. You’ll stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution, as one among of our Tanzania History. You’ll meet expertise who will provide you much information about human evolution History in the area. Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu.

Distance: 52km
Non – game viewing time: 1 hrs

After breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. You will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here. Late Evening drive from Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu where you will have your Dinner and Overnight at Allocated accommodation as requested.

DAY 10: Biking Tour at Karatu to Arusha.

After breakfast you’ll start your biking tour at Karatu village you’ll visit Karatu market and ending up to villagers who will prepare you a local food as your lunch before you head back to Arusha city. Just taste African taste – see how they live ask them questions if you have.After lunch you’ll go to your accommodation to pack you things then you’ll head back to Arusha City to your  Allocated accommodation as requested for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 11: Departure.
