Our 4-day Tanzania safaris, tours, travel and trekking packages, you will visit the Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of many elephant, zebra, eland, and wildebeest and plenty of predators. You will experience the excitement of game viewing in some of the most spectacular national wildlife game parks in Tanzania.

The tour will bring you to Lake Manyara National Park where you will views a large variety of habitats. Acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps and the lake itself .This unforgettable Tanzanian safari journey lastly will take you to the Ngorongoro Crater, featuring one of the highest concentrations of game in Africa. Here you will witness an amazing spectacle of Tanzania wildlife – inside a self-contained world teeming with animals.

DAY 0: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha

Distance: 45km

Welcome Tanzania. Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport. Transfer at Allocated accommodation as requested for dinner and overnight. (45 km, 343 minutes).

DAY 01: Arusha to Tarangire National Park.

Distance: 130km

Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs

Tarangire National Park is the sixth largest national park in Tanzania; it is located in Manyara Region. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. The Tarangire Ecosystem is defined by the long-distance migration of wildebeest and zebras. During the dry season thousands of animals concentrate in Tarangire National Park from the surrounding wet-season dispersal and calving areas. Game drive of the Tarangire National Park. The Park covers an area of 2600 sq km. It’s the 6th largest park in the country. The park is most spectacular between June and December. During this time thousands of animals migrate from dry Masai steep to Tarangire River, looking for Water. Amongst other species to be seen at Tarangire are rhino, buffalo, elephant, lion, warthog, eland, the fringe eared Oryx, lesser and greater kudu, gerenuk and large number of impala.  Day 2: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park.

Distance: 50km

Non – game viewing time: 2 – 3 hrs

After breakfast the tour departs to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara National Park offers breathtaking views a large variety of habitats. Acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps and the lake itself. And thanks to this the small Park is able to support a large number of animal species and incredible bird life. Manyara has the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world and the lions here are also renowned for their tree climbing. Overnight and Dinner at Allocated accommodation as requested.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park to Ngorongoro Crater.

Distance: 60km 

Non – game viewing time: 1 – 2 hrs

After breakfast at the lodge you will depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area. You will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois
and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution. Partial Game drives before we descend down to the Crater. Overnight and Dinner at Allocated accommodation as requested.

Day4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha.

Distance: 210km 

Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here.After an extensive game drive and a picnic lunch you will leave the caldera in the early afternoon and drive back to Arusha, where you will arrive in the early evening to your requested accommodation or drive off to Airport.
