Our 6 Days Tanzania Lodging and travel packages, specifically include the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the world famous Ngorongoro Crater National Park in Tanzania and Mount Kilimanjaro day tour trip. This specific Africa safari and travel itinerary has been designed for visitors with more time on hand for a longer safari or travel tours. It specifically include the Tarangire National Park and have been designed to offer you a total Tanzanian northern circuit safari experience, while keeping your non game-viewing travel time to a minimum.

It will take you to the Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake, located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The size of the park makes it perfect for a one-day game drive and is notably famous for it’s tree-climbing lions.

Serengeti National Park a massive wilderness of 14500 square km, where every day brings a new landscape and a new adventure. You will be able to spot many animals as you wouldn’t expect as you might spot Big five animals in this park before you leave to Ngorongoro Home of wildlife animals.

DAY 0 :Arrival Tanzania- At JRO airport.

Welcome to Tanzania.On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport you’ll meet your company arranged driver who will transfer you to Arusha city to your allocated accommodation as requested for dinner and overnight. Our driver will display your name on an Mupana Tours signboard. These procedures ensure that you are picked up by the correct driver, rather than by some of the airport taxi drivers who are looking for business. You’ll get a chance for Safari briefing/introduction before your dinner.

DAY 01:Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Distance: 130km

Non – game viewing time : 3 – 4 hrs

After breakfast the tour depart towards southwest through Masai steppe land to Tarangire National Park with picnic Lunch.You will spend the rest of the day game viewing in Tarangire, viewing some of Tanzania’s largest populations of elephant and enjoying the diverse scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that are so typical of the park. This park boasts a high concentration of animals, including elephant, zebra, eland, and wildebeest and plenty of predators.Picnic Lunch will be served at the picnic site where you will have a nice view of Tarangire River overlooking down the valley where most of the animals will be gathering drinking from the river. After lunch you will proceed with game drives until mid afternoon when you will start drive to Karatu for Dinner and Overnight at Allocated accommodation as requested.

DAY 02:Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

Distance: 50km

Non – game viewing time : 2 – 3 hrs

After breakfast the tour departs to Lake Manyara National Park.The Lake Manyara offers different views and a large variety of habitats and landscape. Acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps and the lake itself. And thanks to this the small Park is able to support a large number of animal species and incredible bird life. Manyara has the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world and the lions here are also renowned for their tree climbing. Dinner and Overnight at Allocated accommodation as requested.

DAY 03:Lake Manyara to Serengeti National park

Distance: 145km   

Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs

After breakfast the tour will depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then heard to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Dinner and Overnight at Allocated accommodation as requested.

DAY 04: Full Day Serengeti National Park Game Drive.

Full game drive at Northern Serengeti to Mara River in northern Serengeti affords the most dramatic river crossings. Fierce and deep, cliff-sided and rain-swollen, the river takes an enormous toll of the exhausted and terrified wild cattle that surge through its torrential flow, some drowning helplessly, foundering in narrow defiles, floundering in mud, falling victim to crocodile, staggering, exhausted to dry land and often, in confusion, returning to the same scene of their ordeal allowing the cycle to repeat itself. Dinner and Overnight at the allocated accommodation as requested.

DAY 05:Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast at the lodge you will depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area. You will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of the ’Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution. DAY 06:Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Distance: 210km 

Non – game viewing time : 3 – 4 hrs

After an early breakfast, You will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports avast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. You will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here. After extensive game drive late afternoon transfer to Arusha to your hotel or airport drop off.
