We booked with Mupana to do a 4 day/5 night private safari for my husband and I in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. The first thing I was impressed about was that Mupana never took more than 24hrs to respond to my emails during the quote and booking process – most of the time he took even less time than this! Our guide George was incredible, so friendly and knowledgeable about the animals and where to find them. I am still so impressed about how he was able to spot the animals from miles away! The vehicle we had was very clean and comfortable with water, soft drinks and beers on tap. George even had folding chairs and a table for our packed lunches which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, extremely pleased with the service Mupana (and George) provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
