This package of 9 Days Tanzania luxury safaris tour will lead you to more than four Tanzania famous and unforgettable parks. The size of the park makes it perfect for a one-day game drive and is notably famous for its tree-climbing lions. This safari will take you to the Serengeti National Park a massive wilderness of 14500 square km, where every day brings a new landscape and a new adventure with a large numbers of animals and birds species. Finally this tour will take you to the Ngorongoro Crater and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania, featuring one of the highest concentrations of game and arguably the densest population of predators and carnivores in Africa. Here you will witness an amazing spectacle of Tanzania wildlife – inside a self-contained world teeming with animals.

DAY 01:Arrival Tanzania- At JRO airport.

Welcome to Tanzania.On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport you’ll meet your company arranged driver who will transfer you to Arusha city to Mount Meru Hotel for dinner and overnight. Our driver will display your name on an Mupana Tours signboard. These procedures ensure that you are picked up by the correct driver, rather than by some of the airport taxi drivers who are looking for business. You’ll get a chance for Safari briefing/introduction before your dinner.

DAY 02: Arusha to Arusha National Park.

Non game-viewing travel time : 1 hour
Distance: 15 Km

After breakfast the tour will depart to Arusha National Park.Here you’ll participate in a half day walking safari and half day game drive.The Arusha National Park and particularly Momela lake offer gorgeous bird-watching opportunities.The National Park is inhabited by over 400 different migrant and resident birds species including the Crowned Eagle, Lanner Falcon, woodpecker, herons, secretary birds, grey parrot, porchards, geese and spur-winged goose.In this park you can expect to see endless acres of forest, home to black and white colobus monkeys, zebras, buffalo, and a variety of antelopes. After extensive game drive in the park you will start drive back to Arusha at Mount Meru Hotel for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 03:Arusha to Tarangire National Park.

Non game-viewing travel time : 2-3 hour
Distance: 140 Km

After breakfast the tour will depart to Tarangire National Park about . The Major attraction of this park is elephants and unique landscape, during the dry season thousands of animals migrate to the Tarangire National Park from Manyara National Park. Herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. It’s the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem – a smorgasbord for predators – and the one place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared Oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed. Late afternoon after extensive game drive you’ll drive back to Karatu at Ngorongoro Oldean Mountain Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 04:Tarangire to Lake Eyasi.

Today it’s time to interact with the Bushmen, the Hadzabe Tribe, who live in groups hunting with bow and arrows and gathering roots, tubers and wild fruits much as humankind lived in the Stone Age. You will get in depth look at how they continue to survive and how they adapt to their harsh environment and the challenges they face to continue this nomadic existence. The Datoga tribe are blacksmiths, a trade developed over centuries and still practiced in vary much the same way today. They produce the arrow heads for the Hadzabe and brass trinkets, some of which will be for sale by maker himself.Before you leave lake eyas you will spend time by walking around the lake shore to see many birds species around the lake and other small animals found there. Late afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro Oldean Mountain Lodge for the Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 05:Lake Eyasi  to Lake Manyara National Park.

Non game-viewing travel time : 1-2 hour
Distance: 94 Km

After breakfast from Ngorongoro Gibbs Farm Karatu you head to Manyara National Park about 1hr away.  You plan to have your lunch within Lake Manyara Park. Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Highlights include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large water birds such as pelicans, cormorants and storks. The park is also known for tree climbing lions.  In the late afternoon you get back to Karatu at Ngorongoro Oldean Mountain Lodge for  Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 06:Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

Non game-viewing travel time : 2-3 hour
Distance: 170 Km

After breakfast the tour will depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then heard to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. After game drive you will drive back to Ole Serai Luxury Tented Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 07:Full Day Game Drive Serengeti.

After breakfast, you’ll have a full day game drive in Central Serengeti. Apart from the large mammals, Serengeti is also home to gaudy agama lizards; Rock hyraxes scuffle around the surfaces of the park’s isolated granite kopjes. Wide varieties of dung beetle were found, and around 500 bird species have been recorded ranging from the outsized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland, to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills. Early evening drive back to Ole Serai Luxury Tented Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 08 :Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater.

Non game-viewing travel time : 3-4 hours
Distance: 188 Km

After early breakfast you will head to the Ngorongoro crater rim, your driver will take you via the scenic Masai Skopje and through “vilima saba” which translate seven hills, and this is indeed a path less traveled with so much to learn and discover. Seeing Lions resting on kopje like in pride rocks would be a bonus and cheetah brothers on their hunting mission or mom and babies resting on termites mounts. These are but a few of the past encounters of our safaris on this scenic route. We plan to arrive to Naabi check in gate to Ngorongoro conservation area in time for Lunch. While this is a three hours route we plan to take up to five hours as there is so much to see on the way.Later drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 09:Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Non game-viewing travel time : 3-4 hours
Distance: 210 Km

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports avast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here. Late afternoon drive back to Arusha to your hotel or airport drop off.
